Next month Microsoft is organizing DevCon 2014 at the Moscow Region resort of Yakhonty:
May 28 – 29, 2014, the DevCon annual conference for developers of Microsoft platform applications will be held at the Moscow Region resort of Yakhonty. The conference is targeted at software developers, test engineers, architects and development group managers.
DevCon 2014 is a unique opportunity for face-to-face communication with Microsoft experts and development gurus and a wonderful chance to find out where the Microsoft platform is going, and to discuss the first outcomes of implementation and use of new technologies.
I’ll be giving a session on failover strategies with Microsoft Azure Web Sites in order to make sure your application keeps running, no matter what. Besides that session I’ll also be available in the Q&A corner to answer your questions about Microsoft Azure.
For me this will be a great opportunity to meet people like Natalia Efimtseva (DPE and owner the Cloud Track), Vladimir Yunev (who’s been translating many of my blog posts in Russian), Alexander Belotserkovsky, Stas Kondratyev and all the other great people organizing, talking or attending to the event. And besides that it will also be a short holiday for me because the venue looks amazing:
With the entertainment slots, the Night of coding hackathon and the open bar with original Russian Vodka I’m sure it will be one big party!
See you guys there!
